Historique de l\u2019association eJustice.ch<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, l\u2019association eJustice.ch s\u2019est continuellement adapt\u00e9e aux conditions-cadres en rapide \u00e9volution et a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la pointe des d\u00e9veloppements technologiques et soci\u00e9taux actuels dans le domaine des donn\u00e9es juridiques.<\/p>\n

Ses racines remontent \u00e0 la fondation de l\u2019\u00ab Association de la base de donn\u00e9es juridiques suisse \u00bb (VSJDB), cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 23 janvier 1985 par l\u2019Ordre des avocats suisse, l\u2019Association suisse des juristes et la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration suisse.<\/p>\n

Le but de l\u2019association VSJDB \u00e9tait d\u2019introduire une base de donn\u00e9es juridiques nationale sur une base non commerciale. Cependant, avec l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de la r\u00e9volution technologique \u00e0 la fin du si\u00e8cle dernier, ce projet est devenu obsol\u00e8te.<\/p>\n

Des institutions f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, des cantons et de nombreux fournisseurs priv\u00e9s ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer des donn\u00e9es juridiques compl\u00e8tes sur Internet. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution, une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9orientation a eu lieu lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 13 novembre 1998. L\u2019association a \u00e9t\u00e9 renomm\u00e9e en \u00ab\u00a0Association suisse pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l’informatique juridique\u00a0\u00bb (ASDIJ\/SVRI) et a centr\u00e9 son attention sur la promotion de la diffusion \u00e9lectronique des donn\u00e9es juridiques, servant de plateforme pour toutes les parties prenantes sur le march\u00e9 des informations juridiques. Depuis 1999, le SVRI organise \u00e9galement la conf\u00e9rence annuelle sur l\u2019informatique et le droit.<\/p>\n

Avec l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de la num\u00e9risation au quotidien, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la communication \u00e9lectronique avec les autorit\u00e9s dans le domaine judiciaire, l\u2019association a revu son objectif. Lors de la 26e assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 28 mars 2011, cette nouvelle orientation a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par le changement de nom en \u00ab Association eJustice.ch \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Objectif et but de l\u2019association eJustice.ch<\/h3>\n

L\u2019association eJustice.ch s\u2019engage \u00e0 promouvoir les technologies de l\u2019information pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la justice et sa proximit\u00e9 avec les citoyens \u00e0 tous les niveaux \u2013 f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, cantonal et communal.<\/p>\n
